Cell C get more service is the worst

i have been requesting the cell get more service to be cancelled for a while now and nothing has been done i have called the call center requesting this and they said they would get back to me with the cancellation confirmation but no one has and they still deducting money from my account and i don't use this service and i don't need it . i need it cancelled ASAP.
