That day when I reported Cell C Gets more services to you a guy called Neo called me to say they've canceled the account I asked reference number he gave me ***, then yesterday I went to the Cell C shop at Maponya Mall they checked and found out that nothing has been canceled then when I arrived at home I called Gets more a lady named Kaylee answered the phone and introduced myself and asked for Neo and told her why I want to talk to him, she promised me that Neo will call me before the end of the day but in vain.
