Cell C get more scheme

This cell c get more subscription I cancelled December 2016 I keep on going to the Cell c store to contact Get more and they tell me I will be contacted for the subscriptions from the date of my cancellation to be credited on my contract yet this subscription is still being deducted. I don't understand why Cell c cant cancel it on their side as the statement is from them.
