CELL C & GET MORE - INABILITY TO FIX THEIR OWN ERROR!! Doesn't deserve even 1 star!!!

Firstly, Statement received and queried as there was an additional GET MORE service added to my bill to the amount of R100 - A service which I never activated. They cancelled it and said my account would be refunded. I requested that they fix the invoice by removing the extra charges in order for my Debit Order to run for the correct amount of R278, and if this is not do able, I would stop the debit order and once they have the correct amount they could let me know and debit it from my account, I told Rebecca and the manager in the Get more department - REFERENCE NUMBER ********** 77. Needless to say they could not fix it and the debit order was returned. Yesterday at 15h15 Tumi from Cell C called me and after explaining everything to her, I said please get it resolved so that the debit order FOR THE CORRECT amount can be run and my lines not soft-locked. She confirmed that it have been escalated and that my lines would not be soft-locked. Today 2 of my lines are soft locked and Cell C customer service agent (who was so *********** and told me there is absolutely nothing she can do for me and interrupted me while I was talking) and Supervisor ALGAR AFRICA referred me to the GET MORE department to have the issue around the invoice amount resolved AND then ROLENE CLAASSEN supposed "Senior Consultant" merely escalated the matter again REF ********** 43 and she doesn't know how long this will take to be resolved. HOW RIDICULOUS IS THIS????
