Cell C Get more

I have been trying for over a year to cancel my cell c get more account with no success at all. When I call in they keep transferring me to the retentions department but now on answers or assist. Could someone please assist as this is unacceptable. I have also been promised multiple times that a retention advisor will call me back but not one has called me back for over a year now.
