Cell C Get More Cancellation Not Possible?

I joined this Get More service through the telemarketing from Cell and a couple of months down the line I called to cancel it as I have never used it and I don't need it, all I get when I call in is that an agent will call me to cancel my subscription but till this day I have not received a call. Worse thing is that I called in more than once, even went t a Cell C store close to where I work hoping the matter will be resolved much quicker. Still no cancellation till this day, Cell C you are ripping people off and it is *********. haven't paid my account this month because of this ordeal. I will start paying as soon as they assist accordingly.
