Cell C Get More Cancellation

If I said that I have "No Words" for Cell C I'd be lying. I do have words but they may not be for this platform! Try cancel your subscription to Get More & see the run around you get! Apparently one months notice is all that's required, what a load of horse ****! We have a reference number and have given a months notice & still my account is being debited. When you call AGAIN to enquire as to why, you get told that a a consultant will call to resolve the matter & this call just doesn't happen! I also enquired how said Get More package was signed up to & I was told that an investigation would be done. Please note an excerpt from the T&C's : 4.4 Only individual persons from the age of 18 years old may enroll in the GET MORE Programme. My problem is that a minor child is using the phone so how did this happen in the first place?? I want the Get More Programme to be cancelled & for the debits to stop going off my account. Will this happen? Your guess is as good as mine...
