Cell C Get More Cancelation HEADACHE!!!!

I am very upset with Cell C. I canceled my Cell C Get More Subscription on the 11 March 2019, I was then told that I will be on a notice period of 1 month. I received an Sms from Cell C on the 10 May 2019 confirming that the Get More Subscription has been Canceled however today 15 May 2019 I was debited the Get more amount Subscription again!!! I have called the consultants but i'm not getting anywhere..I want my money back because Cell C is becoming a headache now.
