cell c get more cancelation

I have numerously cancelled the cell c get more benefit on my account and every month i cancel it, they tell me that it is the last month that they will debit, but still , the next month they keep on debiting my account, up to date i am struggling for a year to cancel this but have received no joy in doing so, please assist urgently
