Cell C Get More Bad service and impossible cancellation

I cancelled my Get More account nearly 2 years ago. After numerous calls with unhelpful, pushy staff, I was finally assured months later that this service was cancelled. I recently updated my Cell C contract and I was told that I had still been billed for Get More every month and that this service was never cancelled. I am now back at square one. Every time I call to cancel this service I am told that its cancelled after a long speel about why I need this useless service. Then the next month arrives and I am still being billed. This is getting ridiculous. It feels like I'm being ****** or ****med every month
