Cell C Get More allowing unauthorized persons to make changes on my account

<p>So when I got my debit order notification this month from cell c I had noticed that I had been debited more than normal... When I had called to enquire what was happening they had advised me that I had added the "Get More" service to my account which I specifically remember decline-ing when I had asked for the number in question it turned out that it was linked to another number that I do not use which is linked to my cell c conrtact... My issue here is that both contracts are on MY NAME and gets debited from MY ACCOUNT so for the life of me I cannot understand why or how it is possible that they can allow an individual that is not linked to my contract AT ALL to make ANY changes to my account... this makes me strongly doubt and loose my trust in Cell C because neglegance such as the above mentioned incident leaves major room for *****!!!</p> <p>#NoResolution</p> <p>#NoNotification</p> <p>#CellC&GetMore</p>
