cell c get more agents
<p>I've received about 3 calls from 3 different agents saying they are from Cell c get more and offering some personal assistant service..Everytime i listen to what they have to say and as soon as i say thank you- but im not interested they drop the phone while im still talking, rude much?/</p> <p> </p> <p>Take your agents on proper training.</p>

We want all customers, potential and existing customers to be given proper service and be treated with the respect they deserve. This is not the norm or standard service we want for our customers.
This will be addressed with the team manager and the action to have this kind of behavior rectified will be taken. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service.
