Cell C Get More a pain
So after weeks and weeks of waiting for the Get More people to call me back, effecting my cancellation, I finally got a call. I spoke to the agent and she promised that an sms confirming the cancellation will be sent to me. Am still waiting. Also waiting to find out when they’ll refund all the unauthorised debits from 2016.

17 Aug 2022, 14:19She did not say anything more, as she put the phone down without engaging me on it. But I was told by the agent responsible for social media that a refund should be made to me if I did not authorise the debits and did not agree to take up the Get More subscription
