Cell C get more a disaster

I have subscribed to Cell C get more a few years ago. I called them 2 months ago to unsubscribe and since then, they told me that my call to unsubscribe is not enough, they themselves have to call me at their time to cancel my subscription. this is the 3rd month waiting for their call and every month they are debiting money from my account. This people are very bad but when they call you to subscribe they are very sweet. i cant even use this thing, its useless
