Cell C Get More

I was registered for this service when it 1st was introduced thinking it will be useful. Unfortunately early this year I realised that was no point in paying for this service as I have not used it once. I called and requested it be cancelled more than 6 months ago. I thought it had been cancelled until I get an sms from them stating that I still with them. I am still being debited for this service even I asked for it to be cancelled. I called the call centre and they tried putting me through but it says the number doesn't exist. I tried calling the number directly and it does not go through. What nonsense is this??? Why am I still paying for something that I requested to be cancelled????
