Cell C Get it service

I am a very happy cell c customer with no real complaints as of yet. However I have in the last month been losing my patience with the Getit service that I cancelled on the 14th of June 2015. After being advised to give a months notice for the getit service I realized that they want to charge me this month as well after me giving them the months notice required.<br> <br> I received a call this afternoon stating that I am registered with Santam Reality, which I am not, where they had ALL my personal details and I am not a member with them. Thereafter they returned my call stating that they made a mistake and it was for the getit service they tried to contact me. I feel this is very unprofessional and a major concern to me as they are making mistakes related to my personal information. I expect my cancellation to be finalized and no amount to be debited from my Cell c account
