CELL C GATEWAY

I took on a contract for a samsung a52 at the end of Jan. 2 weeks later the screen goes completely black with me only able to hear sound. I took it back to the store to send it in for repairs and when I called the repair center they said that the display is cracked although the store in gateway received it in perfect condition. Total *******, poor after sales service from cell c gateway.
