Cell C Galleria Store
I was in the Cell C Galleria store on Friday to get my upgrade and I just want to pay my compliments to your employee, Tyron (Levarshan ****an) at the Galleria branch. I was reluctant to upgrade with Cell C and was just waiting my contracts to be over so I could cancel them, but had to upgrade to get a new device. I walked into the Galleria Cell C store and Tyron greeted me with a warm welcome. He assisted me and showed his knowledge about the product I was interested in. I had to leave the store suddenly and Tyron assured me that he would sort everything out for me for when I return. When I returned, as promised Tyron had sorted out my paper work to the best he could, evening filling in my part of the paperwork so I could just sign. It was a breeze upgrading and I am very happy to have dealt with Tyron.
