Cell C at Galleria Mall, consultant Bongani tried to *****ulently trick me to take a contract 😡 , all I wanted was a SIM swap, because I was ****** on that Sunday. He said I can't do a SIM swap of my number. In order for me to get my number he will migrate it to a contract, only then I can get my number back. The next day another consultant Marlene Indian guy with spikes. Said over the phone I can get a SIM swap when I asked if I can do it with him he said he will only do it via contract. When I asked if they sell unRica'ed SIM cards he said no they don't sell sim cards because they are a small branch. I will have to go to Gateway or Pavilion those branches can assist me with a SIM swap not them.
