Cell C Galleria Mall

Cancelled a LTE subscription in March 2020 through the Galleria Branch as there was a signal fault. Cancellation was not processed by Gian. Continued to be debited even though it was confirmed by a Cell C technician in an email, that the fault was irreparable. We have been waiting for a 5 month refund. Anneline, the Manager if your Galleria store does not quite understand that had her store done what was supposed to be done, we would not be in this situation. Emails are ignored. Appointments for phone calls from Managers are not kept and through all of this it is us, the customer who is R4000 out of pocket. All this just due to inefficient staff. Cell C we will not give up, we will get this money bac**** I suppose you are hoping that we just can’t be bothered to fight anymore, that’s not the case with me!!
