Cell C galaria needs to close as they are pathetic

We bought a 50g prepaid data package for 6 months. We were told by a staff named Keegan who was so arrogant and rude but it comes with 500 minutes lasting 1 year. Within 1 month we had no data and only to be told by the call center that the 500 mins were for 24 hours. Wen we went to the store in Galaria mall cell c this sales guy Keegan was rude and arrogant also denied all that was said. We then were asked to check n he says data was used for watsap. Fb n internet . To my shock 50g . I was upset n he again was rude. We asked for the manager at first he refused then she came a young lady with no value or respect not even fit to be a manageress but after they had a chat behind closed doors she cones to tell me do not be loud as she will not help. I was now really upset as notice this *********** kid who now has no value to clients will not help. I ended up leaving the store with a huge loss of R500. Paid and no value if it. I plead tbis branch be closed
