Cell C full of lies

A couple of days ago i get a phone call from cell c offering me a early upgrade so i took it on the guarantee that it will be delivered Friday at the latest (today) after the phone call i never heard anything again so i phoned the customer care this morning and was told i would be lucky if it arrives on Monday. i cant wait around for a courier i have a job to do to pay the bills. Thanx for nothing Cell C #cellc sucks
