Cell C full of empty promises and no delivery

So I still haven't received any correspondence or actions from Cell C to clear my record and the one consultant has provide me with a settlement letter, but this is not reflecting on my credit profile! According to Transunion this can very easily be resolved by Cell C by just removing the default from my credit record, but it seems that Cell C is only there to provide NO service and to take people's money. Please advise which steps can be taken to resolve this issue as soon as possible as I need to purchase a home!
