Cell c full-blown harassment

If there was an option to select no stars I would. Where to start. Just this week alone I've dealt with customer care on five different occasions. Each time I go through a different process to try and sort out my problem and each time I am promised that the problem has been sorted out and will no longer continue once I restart my phone. My problem is this is supposed to be an emergency number and I have tried everything to stop all unnecessary messages and calls as it creates a stressful environment when the emergency phone goes off. The only time it ever goes off is when I receive an adverti*****t message from cell c. Every time I deal with customer care I go through a different process to stop the messages and every day I receive a new message from pretty much the same number. I have begged I have pleaded I have threatened and I don't know what to do anymore. I went through the same thing with vodacom which is why I left them. I never gave permission to receive any adverti*****t messages and I never gave permission for cell c to share my number with any third parties. Every message that I get gives me an option to opt out at the bottom to which I have opted out of every single one and every single one has charged me for sending that opt-out message. In my view that is ******** ********** borderline theft and smells absolutely *******. This really has to be *******. What bothers me the most though is the outright lies to my face. As I said this week alone I have dealt with customer care on five different occasions and on four of those occasions I was promised that I would no longer receive these messages and yes I received one less than two hours ago. Also after dealing with customer care about an hour and a half ago I asked to speak to her supervisor and the lady at are speaking to after putting me on hold let me know that the supervisor will phone me back so still waiting on that. I can't understand how after being requested over and over to stop harassing me on my emergency number it actually seems to have gotten worse. I can't help but wonder if there's any malicious intent involved. I'm at my wit's end and if anyone out there knows over cell phone network that does not harass its clientele please share. I feel like cell c and vodacom or like the bitter ex that can't stop sending messages for calling. Dear cell c. Pretty please leave me alone and stop harassing me. Pretty please with a cherry on top stop sending me adverti*****ts. Pretty please block all 084 000 1 numbers from contacting me. If I never hear from you guys again it'll be way too soon.
