Cell C… FTTH good, but customer service is pathetic.

I had a month to month arrangement with Cell C for FTTH. It worked well till I gave notice as I sold my house. They cut off the service as requested, but cannot stop billing me. Ironically, they cancelled the debit order…. No one is able to sort this out. Customer service is pathetic. Here is the case number that they generated. Case Number : ***

I’ve tried CellC for voice, but the network coverage was pathetic so I moved to Vodacom. I have given them a try on FTTH which was not bad, but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Hopefully they stop billing me and reverse the invoices raised for services they have not rendered.
