Cell C from Bad to Worst

I was on a data contract with Cell C (5gb day and 15 night) for R99.00 anyway the 24 months came to an end and I agreed to a renewal as they offered 15gb anytime data. For the past few days I have noticed erratic reception in terms of my network, only to find out this morning that I was moved to a data plan that only allows me connection in a fixed place. Are they serious? Its either they cancel my dealings all together or fix this mess.
