cell c from account to default

<p>i opened a cell c account at cell c in vaal mall in 2015 and when months went by i skipped months to pay and resulted to my account to be in arrears but when i called them last year in jan to make payment arrangements.i found out i was listed and now i have a default on my name, i didnt receive any warning letters or sms notifications.</p>
