Cell C FREE WhatsApp NOT FREE

I am on the 66c per minute plan, and heard about the new Cell C R5 WhatsApp promo. After topping up with R50, I paid the R5 and used WhatsApp.<br> <br> My airtime was depleting, and WhatsApp was the culprit, but how? The reason I paid the R5 was for the 'free' usage of Whatsapp, and yes, I followed the 'Fair usage'.<br> <br> This promo is at fault, and up to date, three of my friends have experienced the same issue.<br> <br> Cell C has the best ideas, with the poorest execution, this coming from a Cell C customer since 2002.<br> <br> This issue needs to be looked at ASAP.
