CELL C - **********LY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT!!

I am absolutely VERY VERY ANGRY WITH Cell C and Mahlomola in particular. I phoned in to warn that some ‘*********’ is trying to get a phone on credit under my identity as I kept receiving sms’s with OTP numbers to confirm i am the one applying. I immediately called Cell c to warn them about this activity but it seems i wasted my airtime bcoz guess what, that ********* got away with it and now my account has been debited with 200. What a shame and a loss Cell c&Mahlomola...I will be reversing that debit order and you will never gain any access to my personal account. Your consultant definitely cost you, he/she must have been really desperate to sell! Having been a customer of Cell C once surely my info is still sitting in your systems so am wondering how the clever fool outsmarted the consultant??
