CELL C **********ly debited money from my account

CELL C has been **********ly debiting money from my account. This started on 31 July 2019. I reported the matter formally to Cell C on 01 August 2019 and I was given a case number, however, the case has never been resolved. Today (31 August 2019) an amount over R2500 was debited from my account, and a different reference number was used. I have never app**** for a contract phone from CELL C and intend not to. My concern here is how did CELL C issue a contract to someone who was using my personal details without an original ID? CELL C please do not make this my problem now. I am just disappointed because the matter was reported but Cell C debited my account today.
