Cell C ********** / unauthorized debit orders
Since September / October 2020 I suddenly started getting Cell C debit orders going off my bank account, yet I do not have any products or contracts with Cell C! I have been reversing and stopping these debit orders with my bank and tried multiple times via the cell c call centres to get through to speak to someone to no avail. I then started looking for email details, but all I can find is your 'write to us' option form on your site that does not cater contacting you in this regard. I cannot find a ***** line number either. How do I possibly get into contact with Cell C to find out what is going on and how to put a stop to it????

01 Feb 2021, 22:52Why should I prove with an affidavit that I don't have a contract with you????? You should instead send me proof of a signed contract and signed debit order mandate that you are allowed to take money from my account!!!! I went to go check the bureau, this account is listed against my name on Experian for one, and it looks like an old account from 2004 that you just reactivated 4 months ago and started taking money again... After how many years???!!! This is ***** and against the law!!!! This number was ported from you to Vodacom MANY years ago. I will not go spend hours at a police station to get an affidavit when you are committing ***** and blackening my name on the bureau with it!!!!!!!
