Cell C ********** phone contracts

Cell C opened a ********** account in my name...a contract phone was bought in my name at Rivonia Branch in Johannesburg...i live in Vereeniging i have never been to Rivonia an amount was deducted from my bank account upon enquiring at my bank ABSA they referred me to Cell C..i went to cell c at Three rivers riversquare branch they gave me a email address for Cell C ***** department and told me they phone number for their ***** department because the Cell C ***** department deals only with emails they then referred me to the police station to make an affidavit and told me to email it to Cell C ***** department of which i did...that was in 2021 October and till now i have nit heard anything...infact when i visited the branch at riversquare mall in three rivers vereeniging the emplyees of Cell C laughed at me saying i can change my bank account but it will still affect my credit score of which it did they told me they cant help me i must just email the affidavit to Cell C ***** department and hope that they resolve the issue evrn ABSA cant help me they only told me to change my account yet the ***** remains on my credit record
