Cell C ********** phone contract

A ********** phone contract was opened with Cell C and after reporting the matter they told me my name had been cleared and I will receive a clearance letter. It has affected my ITC profile as my name has been flagged by credit bureau as it state that I have an uncleared debt with CELLC. This is frustrating , I have tried numerous means to clear my name , what more can one do?
