Cell C ********** Phone Contract

I have been blacklisted by CellC for a ********** contract that was opened in my name in Johannesburg and I immediately went and reported it the moment I saw a transaction on my bank account. They promised to escalate the case and clear my name from 2020. After numerous visits to CellC in Walmer Park, Gqeberha they assured me that my name has been cleared and I should wait for a clearance letter from the second week of December 2021. As I write here now , I am blacklisted and I have been redirected to different people within the CellC department. It's so frustrating and stressful what Cell C has put me through.
