Cell C ********** Debit Orders and refuse to stop
Cell C opened a ********** contract in my name in April this year and refuse to close it and stop their debit orders. I have contacted Cell C's their ***** department 28 April, 1 June, 3 June, 4 June, 7 June, 1 July and they have never rep**** to a single attempt of mine or made any attempt to contact me. I have included the most recent reference number to this complaint. I have escalated and am planning on reporting them to the regulator if this is not resolved by the end of this month while exploring legal recourse against them

09 Aug 2021, 11:28So for everyone's reference, Cell C contracted me shortly after this complaint and said that they have cancelled the contract and apologized for the inconvenience. They said they had contacted credit bureau to resolve it that side as well. They then asked me if I would be happy to remove this review. I told them that I would only remove this negative review once I had proof that the issue was resolved. Well guess what... while there was no debit order at the end of last month, instead I just had a call with VVM debt collectors who are now handling a case handed to them by Cell C. So they cancelled the ********** account and then sent me to debt collectors to pay off the outstanding balance on the said ********** account... Great move guys, great move
