Cell C - ********** Debit Orders

Dear Cell C ,

you have been debiting my account since December with ********** debit orders .

it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to you as your call centre requires of you to enter the number you are enquiring about or your id .

a) I don't have the number - its ***** b) it seems they didn't use my id number as it doesn't go through

I have done an affidavit at the police station for my personal bank to report this and stop the debit order ( 3 debit orders) .

Despite these efforts you have gone and debited another 2 debit orders on the 15th .

can you please give me the number to call to get this resolved ASAP as its very frustrating to reverse these debit orders every time . Not only does it cost me money for every debit order i reverse but also i need to spend hours on the phone to try and get this resolved .

Not acceptable , surely you guys must check that details correspond ??????
