Cell C ********** Debit Order

I have not signed into any agreement with Cell C however my bank account has been debited for the second month now. I have contacted the Call Center multiple times and still nothing has been done about this.

I will be reversing all these debit orders as Cell C has no right to reach into my bank account when I am not a customer.
