Cell C ********** contracts

I had someone **********ly open a cell c contract in my name at Cell C Clearwater Mall branch. I have visited a Cell C short to try and sort it out to no luck. The manager at the Clearwater Mall when I asked to see what bank statement, proof of residence or payslip was used to open the account and was told that they will call me. How can they call me when they don't even has my details. In the mean time they are *****ing my money straight from my bank account. Finally got a ref number and told it will be sorted in two weeks. No luck . Got another ref number. Still no solution. What now is happening to my credit rating? It seems Cell C don't care
