CELL C ********** CONTRACTS

I opened one line with CellC in June 2017 at Cell C store in Savannah Mall Polokwane. On 30 July 2017 when my debit order went through of an amount that is four times more then my one line I opened, but later bounced as Cell tried debiting more then what they supposed to. I was extremely furious as my bank charged me service fees for the failed debit order.I quickly logged into my account and investigated further to find that 3 fradulent lines were opened in my name.

I contacted CELL customer care and spoke to them , they advice me to go into my nearest police with the 3 *****elent contact numbers they gave me and to make an affidavit. I had an affidavit which I emailed to CELL C customer care and sm @cell c but received no response or any feedback
I then contacted CELL C / went in store to Mall Of The North and Savannah Mall to enquire which store and sales person opened those contracts and also requested for copies of the contract but I was told they cannot provide with the information and that I should contact customer Care. I was extremely to find out that my own contract and CELL C refused to provide me with such information. I then asked to speak to the manager of the Cell C at Savannah Mall and she told me that I should complete a cancellation form and attached my ID copy and affidavit, she then mentioned that she sort out my account, investigate this ***** and contact me the next day which she did not.
I tried to use my Cell C service today and found that my account was suspended. I contacted the CELL C contract department and the consultant was unhelpfull claiming I am owing almost R 800 and I need to pay it first. He said that he cannot assist me and that the legal department is closed and must call again tomorrow.

How can Cell C suspend my line whilst Cell C is at fault for opening ********** lines in my name and without my concent, how do people within Cell C get this right and get away with this kind *****. The controls within Cell C are extremely weak which makes ***** cases even higher. I am extreely frustrated and furious with Cell C and which I had never opened this contract as I have to go through so much aggravation as this is taking up my time to run around, fuels costs and additional high bank charges.

I want CELL C to first open my data line so I can use it, then cancell the 3 *****elent lines that was opened in my name, compensate for all my additional costs relating to fuel, additional bank charges and time consumed trying to sort out this case of ***** and to provide me with all the necassary information relating to the stores, consultants name that opened the contract and all copies of the 3 fradulents copies of the contacts in order to take this matter further.

Kindly sort this out as soon as possible.
