[Cell C] ********** Contract Taken Under My Name

<p>I'm experiencing bad service with Cell C. A fradulent contract I was taken under my name without any autorization from my side (Agreement Number: ********** ********** 647639). I reported this with cell c and they asked to get and affidavit from the police station, I then submitted the affidavit together with my ID at a cell c store and the documents were emailed to the ***** department. It's been more than 5 weeks now and the isssue hasn't been resolved. Cell C keeps on debiting money from my account for this fradulent contract and I always have to reverse the debit, it is such an inconvininence. And the keep suspending my other line which I pay separately after I reversed the debit. </p> <p>I suspect the cell c employees sells/gives people the information to open such accounts because at the cell c store they told me the contract was taken at Jet Stores. How else would someone get hold of the information and pass the security checks that we are always made to go through when we call the customer care?</p>
