Cell C ********** cellphone contract and cancellation process.

I would like to report that Cell C is the worst service provider. Someone took a contract phone **********ly, using my details and now Cell C is calling me telling me that my account is in arrears, firstly what internal controls do they have in place to ensure that our documents are not utilized **********ly? Clearly there are no internal controls at all. How did they process this contract without me? Without my signature, how did they verify my details? This is the second time I get such a call. I have asked that it be checked where the contract was finalized and to date I have not received this information, I went onto the website to check if there is a ***** email that I can send to, but to my surprise there is nothing. I had a Wi-fi portable router with Cell C and it was a month to month contract, which I have cancelled because of the number of times I had to keep writing bad reviews on hello peter before they attended to my issues with the router. To date - 12 October 2022 I have not received confirmation of them processing my Wi-fi portable router cancellation, instead they decided to **********ly open a phone contract using my details only so that they can tarnish my name and credit record. Can Cell C Management please attend to this and clear my record, this is totally unacceptable.
