Cell C ********** calculations

This is the 2nd Hello Peter complaint about the exact same issue. Firstly Cell C messed up the account by only changing 1 contract's banking details and then sent letters of demand for full payment through Nu Debt. We made several payments to Cell C no one can now give us a breakdown of how this amount was calculated -Cell C is not providing any service on this account anymore as the line was suspended. I am reporting this as ***** on the calculation.
