Cell C ********** activity on my bank account

CellC processed someone else's contract on MY bank account which is *****. I've been trying t phoned their legal department everyday for a month an never get through! Worst service EVER and I am simply reversing the debit orders while no one helps me, not even the Knysna branch knows what to do or gets back to me.
