Cell C - ********** activities

I have given Cell C two months to correct the ********** activities on my cell phone account (which I unknowingly paid for 2 years) to no avail. 3 Contracts were issued in my name, without my knowledge. I did not enter into these 3 contracts, nor did I sign for it. My monthly debit order has been adjusted ********ly with the 3 contracts' amounts. I have logged issues with the customer service, without any feedback. I have send them an affidavit as requested, without any feedback. It is the worst customer experience I have ever received!!
