CELL C ********** Accounts

I have reported ********** account on my name, and submitted all the requirements to their ***** Department. Never received acknowledgement nor response to my email.I followed up with numerous calls and emails, but no help. Month later they debited my account with 3x the amount the debited. i dont have account with CELL-C.
