Cell C ********** account that cannot be resolved...

My account was reopened and tampered with,I was then handed over,the lawyers then called me it then bringing it to my attention that im in arrears, someone had tampered with my account.I called the lawyers a few days ago and they said they no longer have this account with them then i called cell c and they cannot help me.All i need is this account to be removed off my credit report as it is causing havock with my credit score and i have now been blocked everywhere for something i did not even commit.If you can please just remove this off my acc and credit score please....thank you...
