Cell C ********** account in my name

I am really frustrated with Cell C and their disgusting service. A ********** account was opened in my name and I can't seem to get them to cancel this. I went to a cell c store to cancel it. They required an affidavit and bank statement, which I gave them but till this day I'm being debited for a account I didn't open. I am tired if reversing debit orders every month. All I want is to close this ********** account. Cell C is really frustrating me. Every time I can them, they tell me about an affidavit which I gave them more than two months back now. This is really unacceptable.
