Cell C ********** ACCOUNT IN MY DETAILS
I have a ********** account with cell c. I never open an account but all my details have been compromised. I received the contract on email with no password or encryption going against the POPI act. I have than been told to contact the ***** department with an affidavit and other documents. I have done so but haven't got no reply. The consultants are playing in circles.

Your consultants called me yesterday to inform me of my account. I disputed this as THIS IS A ********** ACCOUNT. if this has been escalated why is this account active and not blocked?
I notified Cell C early enough and provided all the required documents.
