I noticed that they have been charging me for a number on my statement which is not in my contract agreement. The number appeared recently and when I phone in to get the number removed from my statement there is always a story. They cannot tell me how the number even got charged to my account.

25 Sept 2022, 08:55Good Morning, I have sent through the documents that I was asked to send through on the 6th of September and still no feedback. I am really dissapointed that nothing has been done yet.
