Cell c ********** account

Last year around when I was trying to make application for home loans I found out that I have cell c contract that is blacklisting from my bond to be approved. I went to cell c branch at Pietermarisburg to check if is true, they checked with my I'd number on the screen they used my I'd number with different banking details and residential adress that doesn't belong to me. When I ask the lady who was assisting me she couldn't tell me what is going on. She just said I must bring affidavit, bank statements and copy of I'd number, I did that, I took them to the shop they scan them and they told me they will contact me shortly. Even today up still waiting for their call I have been struggling to get assistance from cell c consultants they keep on asking for affidavit and other documents I do submit, no response and acknowledgement of receipts of email.its been 10 months now struggling to solve it with no response from cell c. I have been contacted by cell c attorney's claiming the money that is on aries on the account when I tell them is ********** account they hang up on me. There was this guy Gaven I found one day when I was contacting cell c contact, he is working at collection department he told me to pay the money that is on aries then after investigation is done they will give my money back. Since Sa homeland needs to finalize my bond application?I did pay the R4060 00 in cell c account I I forwarded proof of payment and they responded with paid up letter. Even today on the 16 May 2022 I am still waiting for response from cell c. I took the matter to transunion to help me to sort out the problem, luckily transunion did help me they did investigation and they told me that cell c doesn't want to respond on the matter the case was closed, the account is deleted on my I'd number.Now I'm struggling to get my money back from cell c when I call cell c consultants they keep on saying they will call shortly they never call back. CELL C DOESN'T WANT TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THEIR INTERNAL *******ION HAPPENING IN THEIR COMPANY
